Shipping & Returns

Ship Charges

Standard Ground shipping is $10.99 (free if placed on line and over $99) on most items. Large or heavier items (handcycles, wheelchairs, trikes, etc.) will have an extra charge and will be noted at check out.

Free Shipping on some wheelchairs and handcycles where noted.

Call or write for shipping charges on other wheelchairs, trikes, recumbents, and handcycles.

We will gladly arrange for international shipment of any of the product we sell. Call or write for a freight quote.

Return Policy

Unused merchandise may be returned for refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) being returned must be in its original packaging and be unused. Open urological products, shower and bath products, wheelchairs, wheelchair cushions, transfer boards, and other medical supplies are not returnable. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to items that are eligible for return. This applies to items such as non-stocked items, wheelchairs, wheelchair parts, cushions, handcycles, trikes, exercise equipment.

To process a return please follow the three steps below:

  1. Before returning, please call or email your sales representative, or contact our customer service department at 888-424-5366, (intl) 401-615-0339, or info@bike-On.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Returns without a RA number may be refused and sent back to you.
  2. If the item you are returning is defective or was shipped in error by Bike-On.com, we will send a UPS call tag to retrieve your package. For all other returns the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We recommend you insure your package if returning in case it gets lost or is damaged.
  3. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any documentation, and must be in new, resalable condition.

Upon receipt of the returned item we will either credit your credit card or, if you paid by check or money order, we will send you a refund check
