You may place your order by yourself on our website, or if you’d like you may contact us and one of our experienced sales staff will help you through the process. Once your order is finalized we will ship from our stock, or place the order for drop ship or for custom production with the manufacturer. You will be charged at order entry time for all orders.
Note: Lead times for Bikes, Trikes, Recumbents, Wheelchairs, and Handcycles can be as long as 6 to 8 weeks. Please verify with the customer service or sales staff before placing an order. Once customized bike orders are placed we can not return or cancel your order.

We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Bike-On allows government agencies, educational institutions, and qualified businesses and organizations to pay using purchase orders for an easy, cost-effective way to purchase mobility products and adaptive sports equipment. Contact our Customer Service Dept or your Bike-On Sales Rep to get started.
- Standard payment terms are Net 30.
- Any purchase order with terms greater than 30 days will not be accepted.
We accept all major credit/debit cards in-store or online. We offer additional financing options as well with Klarna Payments. Once a purchase is made with Klarna Payments you must follow their guidelines and payment methods after being qualified through their financial requirements.
- Once approved and you have checked out on our website we no longer have control of the account and payment needs to be made with your Klarna account that you created during prequalification.
